Where is my assessment access code?
Use the instructions supplied with your programme purchase. Contact support with the product name, purchase email and reference if delivery information is missing.
Does an entered purchase reference confirm payment?
No. Staff check the reference against purchase records. Email verification and payment review are separate steps.
What can a verifier see?
A valid published record shows the holder, issuer, language, measured results and dates. Email, phone and payment reference are excluded.
What does the INR 340 price include?
One reviewed English assessment, the purchase access PDF and a digital certificate after payment and result approval. It includes no recorded course or job placement.
What is the difference between the PDF code and OTP?
The PDF contains the brand’s product access code. The email OTP is a separate, temporary six-digit code sent only after the purchase code is accepted.
