Before the assessment starts
You may request cancellation within seven calendar days of purchase if no paid assessment has started and no certificate has been issued. We check the payment and unused access before refunding the assessment fee.
After use
After a paid assessment has started or a certificate has been issued, change-of-mind refunds are not ordinarily provided. A lower-than-expected speed, an employer’s acceptance decision or a change of plans does not by itself establish non-delivery.
Problems and duplicate charges
Contact support for verified technical failure, unresolved non-delivery, an incorrect charge or duplicate payment. We first offer a correction or replacement attempt where appropriate. If the purchased service cannot be supplied, the affected verified charge is refunded. Applicable rights for defective service, misdescription or unauthorised payment remain available.
How to request
Email support@typingcertificateonline.com with the learner name, purchase email, product, purchase date, payment reference and reason. Do not send card credentials. We aim to provide a decision within seven working days; approved refunds normally return through the original payment route within seven to fourteen working days, subject to payment-provider processing.
